While out for dinner and entertainment on a vacation in California, Jim and I received a late-night call. Our clients, who had been enjoying a tropical island vacation needed help. The husband phoned in a panic. His wife, who was typically in charge of travel details had fallen ill with a serious medical emergency. Away from home and the comfort of domestic health care, he didn’t know what to do. So, he called us. I pulled away from the party and listened to understand the situation. I swiftly contacted the insurance company on his behalf and made sure his wife got the time sensitive care that she needed.
Taxing Deadlines:
Two of our clients are mother and son. As a busy professional, the son managed to find a weekend evening to complete his mother’s taxes. Late Sunday evening and he required specific information regarding her registered investments to complete the task. He picked up the phone and called us. We were able to send him the info he needed within half an hour and her taxes were completed on time.
