Jim Gilbert is a Certified Financial Planner with over 25 years of experience helping clients like you maximize and protect their financial assets. Jim’s holistic approach includes financial analysis of existing portfolio, tax efficient withdraws of registered plans, estate & succession planning, and insurance needs analysis. He also holds a Certified Financial Divorce Analysis designation.
Born and raised in Stettler, he has a deep understanding of historic and present challenges small business owners face. He has devoted his working life to help business owners achieve growth and presence, while being cautious of risks.
Even when working in the oil and gas industry, Amy Gilbert found a passion working closely with clients to help them meet their goals. When she switched gears to personal finance, she found a genuine love of working across multigenerational families to help preserve what they have worked so hard to create. She has been licensed in the insurance industry since 2011.
Together with Amy, the Gilbert Financial Services Ltd. team offers personalized service to give you complete peace of mind when planning your future and the future of generations yet to come.
The two show no signs of slowing down, but when asked about their plans for (semi) retirement they wish to continue enjoying the life they have now. This means travelling, spending time with their children and grandchildren, volunteering in the local community, and competing in the equestrian sport of cattle penning.
